 I've added an autoinitialization feature to the CVS.

 You can activate it with the -a flag or the keyword
 autoinit in the options block of coldsync.conf.

 If this feature is active and you are in daemon
 mode, coldsync will update the user info on the palm,
 using data from /etc/palm, if the palm has an userid
 of 0.

 This mode is useful when you have an unmanaged server and you
 need to sync with a blank palm.
